Sangwon Lee is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at University of California, Davis. His research focuses on the analysis of food and beverage consumption patterns and its interaction with agricultural policies. He earned a bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Seoul National University.
